Welcome to the Homepage of Chris T. Peters, system analyst II at the

When not on the golf course, I am usually trying to figure out what yard
work the critters can do so I can catch
the current week's "Big Game" on TV. Also try to find time for
hiking/backpacking/camping. The following are some of the places I have
backpacked/camped that I would strongly reccomend:
Denali National Park
Glacier National Park
Mount Rainier National Park
Olympic National Park
Waterton Lakes National Park
Wrangell - St. Elias National Park
Not all great trips involve a Wilderness/Natural destination. One such
trip was to the Roller Coaster capital of the world Cedar Point.
My wife, brother, neice and I spent a long weekend (4 days) making the trip
from Greensboro N.C. to Cedar Point. I am still not sure if the other relatives
found it more crazy to drive all that way for a couple of days of GREAT roller
coasters, or the fact we stopped off to get in 18 at Cook's Creek on the drive
back! Since we had already spent all day in the car, my wife and I figured
what are a few more hours and continued the drive to Athens GA!
Another HIGHLY RECOMMENDED trip is to the Kennedy Space Center to
view a Shuttle Launch. A really long drive, but after viewing the
launch, I am READY to go back again!
