Optional Rigi Tour. Mount Rigi (Queen of the Mountains) is a landmark of Central Switzerland. Rigi makes you feel to be on Top of the World. Cog-railroad and cable car make the mountain accessible all year. The exciting roundtrip begins and ends by tour bus. From Vitznau to Rigi-Kaltbad we travel by cog-railroad and after enjoying the magnificient panoramic view, excellent restaurants, walking trails, we desend by cable car to Weggis. Alternatively you can enjoy an - optional - exhilerating descent by luge. |

(visit of Schaukaserei - cheese factory - in Affoltern).
Guided city-walking-tour, free time, lunch (pay as you go). Return
to Lucerne by traveling through spectacular Alpine country via panoramic
Lake Thun, Interlaken, Lake Brienz, and climbing the Bruning
Pass (the bus does the climbing!).
