CareerwiZe locates alumni of the Agricultural and Applied Economics Department at the University of Georgia, many of whom hold key positions throughout the global economy. This webpage will locate successful agricultural and applied economists in Georgia. The purpose is to provide real career information to prospective students and current students and to help connect alumni.

The database includes information on alumni names, job titles & duties, firms, education and location. In the interactive county analysis, you can access career data on agricultural and applied economists throughout Georgia. Since there are about 300 alumni in the database, it is suggested that you examine a group of counties rather than a single county. Check out the names, job titles, and job duties for recent graduates in agricultural economics, agribusiness and environmental economics and management. In addition to the county analysis, two other directories are available for your use. The first directory sorts alumni by year of graduation and degree. This information shows how careers progress through time. The second directory sorts alumni by state and county and includes alumni outside of Georgia. This directory gives further information on the type of jobs that are available to agricultural and applied economists.
