The Agricultural and Applied Economics Department at the University of Georgia is proud of our alumni. We would like to keep you connected to our current students, recent graduates and other alumni and to the Department. This web page has been created to better serve our alumni. In addition to news and information about alumni and the Department, this web page will include a listing of services offered by the Department and opportunities for alumni to be involved with activities of the Department. These opportunities include visiting lecturers, internships, employment opportunities for graduates and financial support for scholarships and other activities of the Department.

Alumni Directory

A new alumni directory for the Agricultural and Applied Economics Department is available for your review. Alumni information is provided in (1) directory in alphabetical order  and (2) directory sorted by years and degrees. These directories will be further developed shortly. As an alumna/alumnus of the Department, you can have your information displayed in the directory.  In order for people to be able to make an immediate connection to you, please provide the following information: your name, address, phone, email, job title & duties, company, major, and year of graduation. A Word Perfect survey and a Word document survey are both conveniently available for your use. We are especially interested in developing a nationwide database of alumni and other agricultural and applied economists who are willing to share information on their careers with students and alumni of the Department of Agricultural and Applied Economics at the University of Georgia.  This information would also be helpful in student recruitment. The newsletter for alumni of the Agricultural and Applied Economics Department is produced twice each year. The newsletter is read by 2,000 alumni, faculty, staff, and friends. The most recent editions on the newsletter are available on-line. We welcome alumni news items for the publication.
