The Georgia Cooperative Council held its 35th annual meeting on March 17, 2003, at the Farm Bureau Building in Macon. Doug Bachtel, UGA demographer, was our featured speaker.

The 34th Georgia Cooperative Council Annual Meeting was held on March 4, 2002, at the Farm Bureau Building in Macon. Lunch was provided by the Council. Award presentations were made for the Julian Rabun Award and Distinguished Cooperators. The keynote speaker was author Terry Kay of Athens. For more on the event, please click here.
The 33rd Georgia Cooperative Council Annual meeting was held on March 5, 2001, at the Farm Bureau building in Macon, Georgia. Approximately 50 people were in attendance representing various Council members and award winners. A buffet lunch was served, compliments of the Council, door prizes were handed out, and a keynote speech was made by Laura Meadows, Executive Director, OneGeorgia Authority.
Information concerning various topics was discussed including; Council Financial report, Nominating Committee report, Presidents report, Youth Conference, Young Couples conference, and N.I.C.E. Blake Ferguson, an attendee from the 2000 Youth conference, gave his thoughts on the conference and the importance he has placed it in his life. Marty and Kelly Burch, attendees at the 2000 Young Couples conference, were also there and gave a nice endorsement of the conference and the benefits they received from attending.
