International Tax Article Related to The Use of Tax Code to Motivate Responsible Behavior Toward The Environment - In recent years the United States Congress has used the Internal Revenue Code as a means to motivate individuals and industry to behave in a responsible manner toward the environment. Co-author(s) are sought to participate in an international tax article that would compare and contrast various countries' use of tax laws motivating responsible environmental behavior.
